My book is now finished!

I started writing a book in 2007 called The Magical Life of Jordan. After lots of edits, and many roadblocks the book is now finished.

This is a story of a boy named Jordan, who is the son of one of today's top illusionists. Jordan had picked up a lot of secrets of magic and finds that this information isn't just for stage; it can also be used on a daily basis.
Jordan gets to test out his theory when he is sent to a boarding school called Wellington Academy. On his first day at his new school he overhears that $3,000.00 was stolen from the drama department and he hopes to solve this mystery using only the tricks of the trade and a lot of magical knowledge.

Holiday magic at Carillion

 

To wrap things up in 2014 Natalie & I decided to spend some time giving back at the Carillion Clinic Children's Hospital in Roanoke, Va. Natalie's dad is a doctor there and he arranged for us to come by on December 26th and entertain the children who were stuck in the hospital over Christmas. We had a blast! The children and their families really seemed to appreciate our visit and after I visited all the rooms I even stuck around to entertain the staff. We had such a great time that Natalie & I agreed that this was something we would like to try to make an annual event. We even had folks from The Roanoke Times newspaper there to take pictures and interview us.
